City shall cause the said electric light line to be placed under the ground, a sufficient depth to insure that the same will not be in the way of the proper use of grantors property= and should the grantor so desire the grantor shall give to the said City AMJI f IMYJ notice in writing to so remove said poles anti to so place the said- line under the ground, and that in the event the said City shall fail to do so within ninety days after reoeipt of such notice this franchise shall be forfeited and shall no longer eAcist.
