AND MAMG THAT PORTION OF ASH STREET WHICH IS SITUATED
BETWEENUNIVERSITY AVENUE AND TENTH STREET A ONE WAY
STREET FOR NORTH HOUND TRAFFIC
WHEREAS, heretofore by Ordinance enacted on January 17, 19663,
on the first and final, reading, the City of Georgetown enacted an
Ordinance providing for and mating that portion of Ash Street that
is situated between University Avenue and Tenth Street a one-way
street for north bound traffic, a copy of said Ordinance is attached
hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes as if copied herein
at length; and
WHEREAS, the Georgetown Planning and Zoning Co=iesion has
recommended that such Ordinance be rescinded and that the above
mentioned portion of Ash Street should be used for two-way traffic:
EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Ordinance, copy of Which
is attached hereto as aforesaid is hereby RESCINDED, and
BE IT'FURTHER RESOLVED that the portion of Ash Street which is
ottuated between University Avenue and Tenth Street shall hereafter
be used as a tato-wag street.
Said resolution was passed by unanimous vote on this the
day ofLIC-1975•

BETWEEN UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND TENTH STREET A ONE WAY
STREET FOR NORTH BOUND TRAFFIC
WHEREAS, heretofore by Ordinance enacted on January 17,,1966, on the first
and final reading, the City of Georgetown enacted an Ordinance providing for and making
that portion of Ash Street that is situated between University Avenue and Tenth Street
a one-way street for north bound traffic, a copy of said Ordinance is attached hereto
and made a part hereof for all purposes as if copied herein at length; and (See Ordinance

WHEREAS, the Georgetown Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that
such Ordinance be rescinded and that the above mentioned portion of Ash Street should
be used for two-way traffic:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Ordinance, copy of which is attached
hereto as aforesaid is hereby RESCINDED: and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the portion of Ash Street which is situated between
University Avenue and Tenth Street shall hereafter be used as a two-way street.
Said resolution was passed by unanimous vote on this the 13th day of October, 1975.
