COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That Christ Lutheran Church of Georgetown, Texas, American
Lutheran Church, acting by and through its duly authorized officers,
for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) cash
in hand paid by the City of Georgetown, Texas; receipt of which
is acknowledged, the further consideration of being allowed to
construct, place and maintain a public street, road or highway
on, over and across the hereinafter described property, and the
further consideration of the benefits to be derived by it on
account of the construction, reconstruction and maintenance
by the City of Georgetown of the said roadway in and through its
certain premises hereinafter described, do hereby give and grant
to the said City of Georgetown, a municipal corporation of William-
son County, Texas, the right to construct, reconstruct and per-
petually maintain a road, street or highway together with all
necessary appurtenances upon and across the following described
property:
Part of Out -lot 4, Division A, in the City of Georgetown,
Williamson County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of said Out -lot 4
in the South line of Outiot 3, Division A as aforesaid
which point is 12.8 feet West of the Southeast corner
of said Outlot 3 and at the Northwest corner of a 30 foot
strip of land used as a street or alley;
THENCE South 30 feet to the Southwest corner of said 30
foot strip;
THENCE South 13-1/4 deg. E 10.3 feet to a point;
THENCE North 89° SO min. West 423.5 feet to a point;
THENCE following a curve to the right the radius of which
is 557.4 feet a distance of 150.5 feet (Chord North 82°
06 min. West 150 feet) to a point;
THENCE following a curve to the left the radius of which is
507.4 feet a distance of 22.7 feet (Chord North 76°
West 22.65 feet) to a point under a fence along the East
line of the Pedro Ramirez tract (Vol. 317, Page 232 Deed
Records);
THENCE North 19° West with a fence, 17 feet to the South
line of said Outlot 3;

THENCE South 89° 50 min. East 596.7 feet to PLACE OF
BEGINNING, containing 0.50 acres, and being part of the
lands described in a deed to Christ Lutheran Church
recorded in Vol. 390, Page 1, Deed Records, Williamson
County, Texas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same perpetually to the City of
Georgetown and its successors, together with the right and
privilege at any and all times to enter said premises, or any
part thereof, for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing
and maintaining said street, road or highway.
