HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 8402.002 - Toyah Point/760 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN GRANTING AUTHORITY TO VACATE TOYAH POINT II, A SUBDIVISION IN WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS. WHEREAS, an application for authority to vacate Toyah Point II, a subdivision of record in Williamson County, Texas, has been filed with the City of Georgetown; and WHEREAS, said application reflects that applicant DAVID EDELMAN, TRUSTEE, is authorized to make such application; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City'C ouncil of the City of Georgetown, that authority is hereby granted to vacate Toyah Point II, a subdivision in Williamson County, Texas, recorded in Cabinet E, Slides 279-280. SECTION TWO AMENDED Be it resolved by the City Council of Georgetown, Texas, that David B. Edelman, Trustee, Owner of the hereon described subdivision to be known as Toyah Point, Section Two Amended, is hereby authorized to file for record in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, this plat of said subdivision attached hereto, and the County Clerk of Williamson County, is hereby authorized to file for record this plat of land. The City of Georgetown assumes no liability for the engineering nor planning of subdivider and by this authorization makes no representations regarding such. By approving this plat, said city makes no representation regarding the availability of City of Georgetown utilities. Adopted and approved this the 10th day of January, 1984, A.D. J0 C.
