A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS, ESTABLISHING THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
APPLICATION FEES PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN
UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Section 3.02.0203 of the Unified Development Code ("UDC'), requires that all
application fees be established and revised from time to time by the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: The Application Fees attached hereto and incorporated herein as "Exhibit A"
are hereby established in accordance with UDC Section 3.02.020.B.
SECTION 2: The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Secretary to attest
this Resolution.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.

The following is a summary of the City of Georgetown's land development processing fees. The Planning Department
encourages you to verify the total fees for your project prior to submitting an application. All fractions of an acre will
be rounded up to the next acre. A per lot calculation includes the total number of lots being created in a subdivision
(not just buildable lots, but open space, drainage, etc.).

Re-notices:
All application fees include the initial public notice fee, up to 50 mailed notices. For projects with over 50
mailed notices, an additional fee of $1.00 per letter shall be charged for each mailing. Any necessary
subsequent public notifications will be charged to the applicant prior to each additional notice at the rate of
$75 per type of notice.
