NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO T11E ZONING 0,21DINIIINCE
Nitice is hereby given to the public that as public hearing will be beld
by the City Council df Georgetown, Texas, at the City Hall on November 21, 1966,
at 7:30 P. at which hearing will be considered the recommendation of the Plana-
ing Commis'sion of the City of Georgetown regarding an application to amend the
zoning ordinance of the City of Georgreto,,%--n., as follows-.
To Amend the Use Designation of the Promises, described as follows;
BEING 10 acres of the N. Porter Survey, Abstract No. 497 in Williamson
County, Texas, part of n tract described in a conveyance to Mrs. Irene Williams
Parker, Recorded in Vol.�410, page 25, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas,
this tract is also part of tbe"SECOND TPACT' described in a deed of record in
Vol, 220, Page 465, containing 935 acres conveyed to Willie Williams:
BEGINNING at an iron pin beside a fence corner post in the West ROW line
of Interstate HigIlway No. 35 and in the East line of the Parker land, in the
West line of is 0act owned by Jay Wolf;
THENCE S 26* 45' 275 feet to a concrete ROW marker in the West line of said
Highway;

THENCE X 63* 15' W 909 feet to an iron pin for the SW corner of this
tract;
TITENTCE N 44- 431 E 796.7 feet to an iron pin in the fence line between
the Parker and Wolf lands;
THENCE S 27* 11' E 820.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING: from R-1, One Family
Dwelling Districi to M-1, Industrial and Manfacturing District.
