BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF GE6R(fET01VN1, TM',XS:
1, TILkT the owners, Russell Parker and wife, Irene Williams Parker,, fo that
certain tract of land designated as "EXTENSION OF DANVINT DRIVE, INILLIMri ADDIT TON-
UNTIT 2" to the City of Georgetown, Texas, are hereby authorized to file for record
in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the map or plat of
said tract attached hereto, and the said County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas,
is hereby authorized to accept fair~ filling, and to record said map of said tract
of land.
2. In authorizing the filling and recording, of said map of said tract of
land, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, does not assumany ob-

ligation to build, grade or improve the streets shown thereon, nor to construct
an 7 .N� bridges or culirerj;s in connection therewitIT,.
