TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE
THUNDERBIRD FLYERS TO OPERATE THE
AIRPORT TERMINAL AND THE FUEL STORAGE/
DISPENSING FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council gave consent to advertise for bids at
the �pr;•i 20, 1981 Council meeting, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager advertised for bids on May 22, 1981
with Bid opening June 5, 1981 by Airport Advisory Board President,
and
WHEREAS, the Airport Advisory Board recommends to the City
Council that Thunderbird Flyers be awarded the bid, now
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED THAT the Mayor of the City of George-
town enter Into a contract with Thunderbird Flyers for lease of the
Terminal Building and Fuel Storage/Dispensing facility at the
Georgetown Municipal Airport.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 17 day of June, 1981.
