Passed by a 4-0 vote. Election of Officers Approve Local Guidelines accepted Discuss Publicity Campaign Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m. It was moved by Diana Hill and seconded by Nat Lopez that Charles Miller and Dionisio Rodriguez be elected Co -Chairs. Passed by 4-0 vote. The committee examined the "Local Program Guidelines" and recommended the attached changes. It was moved by Diana Hill and seconded by Charles Miller that the guidelines be as amended. Passed by 4-0 vote The committee discussed publicizing the project with Newspaper ads, handbills, signage and on Utility Billing Statements. The campaign will begin after the City Council has approved the Program Guide- line s .
