Note that the two new Board Members did not participate, as they have not yet worked with J.Duer.� R.Horrick, M.Huba, & M.Youngman did not hubmit an evaluetior\. The four source documents from which this summary evaluation has been based have been sent to the President,N.Snead, for "safe -keeping". ' ' OVER-ALL RATING The over-all rating was VERY GOOD. The average score is 1.5, wit. ' 1 being Excellent, and 2 being Very Good. This means that Judy ''' has met all expectations, and has beeniexceptional in some areaq.
