Evaluation of Judy Duer, Director of Library Services
February 21, 1990

Evaluations were received from'four (N.Snead' N.Benold, J.Mendez,
& M.pritchett) of the seven Board Members. Note that the two new
Board Members did not participate, as they have not yet worked
with J.Duer.� R.Horrick, M.Huba, & M.Youngman did not hubmit an
evaluetior\. The four source documents from which this summary
evaluation has been based have been sent to the President,N.Snead,
for "safe -keeping". ' '
OVER-ALL RATING
The over-all rating was VERY GOOD. The average score is 1.5, wit.

COMMENTS
1,No specific recommendations were made for performance
improvements.
2.The most impressive attributes of Judy's performance during the
past year were: Professional attitude; Meets commitments;
Displays 9060 planning skills; Knowledgable on computers; &
Deals well wtih City.
3.Thel~ecommended prioities for the up -coming year are: Implement '
the sharing agreement with the Round Rock Library; Improve the
collections in the Business Section & the Young Readers section;
Initiate a "friends of the Library"; & Promote Library usage to
the public.
4.No major criticisms were made of Judy's performance.
