The City of Georgetown Civil Service Commission met on May 20`11, 2019 at 4:00 PM at Georgetown
City Hall — Human Resources Conference Room — 808 Martin Luther King Jr. St. Georgetown, TX 78626
In attendance were: Commissioners Gordon Pierce & Luis R. Zamot; Tadd Phillips, John Sullivan, and
Robyn Iverson.
Call to Order at 4:00 p.m.
Regular Session
(This Regular session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive Session for any purpose
authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551).
A. Discussion and possible action to elect Civil Service Commission Vice Chair
a. Motion to elect Gordon Pierce as Vice Chair approved by Commissioner Luis R. Zarnot,

B. Consideration and possible approval of minutes from February 21", 2019 meeting
a. Motion to approve Gordon Pierce, 2°d Luis R. Zamot, 2-0
C. Consideration and possible action to approve and certify Firefighter/Paramedic Exam Eligibility
List
a. Motion to approve and certify the Firefighter/Paramedic Exam Eligibility List for 12
months Gordon Pierce, 2nd Luis R. Zamot, 2-0
D. Update to Commission related to Civil Service items by Civil Service Director
a. Police Entry Exam Eligibility list approval in early August
b. Discussion on Fire Stations 6 & 7
E. Adjourn
