Ford r nded a motion to upd to the meetings to start at 6pm,
Chief Sullivan suggested our target audience wor&s in the office and
an attend meetings anytime during flee day. Greenberg
recommended not changing the meeting time. Wahrenbrock said
starting at 6:00 would be consistent wittt other city boards.
Motion by Ford, secovd¢d by Wahr¢nbrock to change meeting
time to 6 -Approved 3-2 (Gr¢¢nb¢rg and Galloway opposed)

Chapman discussed previously requested revisions to section 4.4
Quorum and section 4J voting changes.
Motion by De¢s, seeond¢d by Ford to approve revisions of Bylaws

Hall stated appeadices are not automatically adopted with tlne ode unless
speci£acally referenced in the adopting ordinance, they are considered
supplements.
Hall reviews each appendices. Greenberg asked iF they comply with
ADA, Hall conFirnaed they all meet minimum ADA standards. Hall stated
that any Geotechnaical. report would take precedent over Appendices J

Process for review and c sideration of flue 2012 International Codes and Local
Amendments -Bridget Chapman, City Attorney
Chapman discussed previously requested changes to the Public Hearing
Procedures and Process
