Statement of goals as your committee understands them: a. Long- range(IPons truct a master plan for the Parks and Recreation function of the City. (2) Assist the city staff in preparing a better pre- ventative maintenance program for parks and rec- (3) reation facilities Establish a summer recreation program for city youth b. For this year:0 ) Assist with the development of a parks and recreation budget process (2) Review all Parks and Recreation land leases and make recommendations on those which come up for renewal. - 1 - 6.
