Chairman: Clark Thurmond 3. Regular meeting date: Committee met once a month at the Council time- Chambers until Fall '86 at which time place • meetings were switched to "Called" status, depending on the issues at hand. 4. Long-range: The committee has discussed this point often and has not come to any agreement. The committee was originally started during the early Main Street program and once that function was pretty much complete, the }purpose of the committee became less clear. b. For this year: 91 - 1 - 11. Does your committee have any questions ideas or recommendations for the city staff and/or the City Council? NO Any additional comments would be welcome. Accomplishment/activities during current year: Main accomplishment was the reworking of the traffic control ordinance. 7. Plans for your committee's work next year: NONE: The committee is meeting on a "On Demand" schedule and the demand has been slight, in fact, no issue has been brought up by members, and meetings have not been called. 8. Does your committee have recommendations for City Council Action? If so, what? N/A 9. Will your committee be requesting any city expenditures for the 1987-88 budget year? If so, please be prepared to submit them to the City Manager no later than May, 1987. NO 10. Does your committee want to make a regular report at a.City Council Meeting? If yes, would you like it scheduled annually, semi-annually or more often. NO -- 2
