A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF
LOT 59, BLOCK D, PHASE 9 AND LOT 26, BLOCK O, PHASE 10,
BOTH OF THE GEORGETOWN VILLAGE SECTION 9, PHASES
9 & 10 SUBDIVISION, FROM BB & CB INVESTMENTS, LLC,
FOR INCLUSION IN THE GEORGETOWN VILLAGE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, BB & CB Investments, LLC (`BB & CB") owns a 2.31-acre tract of
land in the William Roberts Survey, Abstract 524, being Lot 59, Block D, Phase 9 of the
Georgetown Village Section 9, Phases 9 & 10 Subdivision ( "Lot 59"), located as shown
in Exhibit A attached hereto, for use as a water quality, storm sewer, and public utility
easement lot; and
WHEREAS, BB & CB also owns a 0.08-acre tract of land in the William Roberts
Survey, Abstract 524, being Lot 26, Block 0, Phase 10 of the Georgetown Village Section
9, Phases 9 & 10 Subdivision ( "Lot 26"), located as shown in Exhibit B attached hereto,
for use as a landscape and public utility easement lot; and
WHEREAS, BB & CB is completing its development within Georgetown Village
and wishes to donate Lot 59 and Lot 26 to the City for inclusion in the Georgetown Village
Public Improvement District maintenance program by warranty deeds substantially
similar to those attached hereto as Exhibit C and Exhibit D, respectively; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown finds it to be in the best interest of the public
to accept Lot 59 and Lot 26 in order to be maintained by the Georgetown Village Public
Improvement District maintenance program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this resolution
are hereby found and declared to be true and correct and are incorporated by reference
herein and expressly made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim.
SECTION 2. Upon both Lot 59 and Lot 26 passing an inspection by City staff, the
City Manager is hereby authorized to any document(s) necessary to complete the
conveyance of the properties described herein to the City.

SECTION 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign this Resolution and the City
Secretary to attest. This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption and
execution by the Mayor.

This conveyance is made, delivered and accepted subject to any and all easements,
covenants, leases, rights -of -way, conditions, restrictions, outstanding mineral interests and
royalty interests, if any, relating to the Property, to the extent, and only to the extent, that
the same may still be in force and effect, and either shown of record in the office of the
County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas.
Grantor, for the consideration and subject to the Reservations From and Exceptions
to Conveyance and Warranty, GRANTS, SELLS, and CONVEYS to Grantee the Property,
together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any way belonging,
to have and hold it to Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns forever. Grantor binds
