The Georgetown Main Street Advisory Board met on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 9:00 AM at City Hall
Community Room 808 Martin Luther King Jr. St..

at 9:05 am.
1.13 Approval of Minutes
Consideration and approval of the October 7, 2022 minutes -Kim McAuliffe, Downtown
and Tourism Director
Moved by Trisha Tallman; seconded by Rachel Cummins to Approve of the October 7,
2022 meeting.
Motion Approved: 4- 0
Voting For: Trisha Tallman, Michele D Jaroszewski-webb, Lauren A Mendoza,
Rachel Cummins
Voting Against: None
1.0 Project Team & Partner Updates
Discussion on Project Teams, Partner updates, and BRE Visits -Kim McAuliffe,
Downtown and Tourism Director
. Fundraising - Ornaments have came in and out for sale now.
Small Business Saturday - 23 participating businesses
. Swirl - Artwork is complete and posters are ready, made selection of glasses.
1.D Taste of Georgetown Partnership
Discussion of Taste of Georgetown Partnership - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown and
Tourism Director
Boys and Girls Club would like to see if Main Street Advisory Board would partner with
them for Taste of Georgetown - we will bring this item back for discussion at the
December meeting.
1. E Staff Report
Staff Report - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown and Tourism Director
No change in the Facade Grant balance, Therapie Boutique has installed their
sign and will be seeking grant reimbursement soon.
. Joint Christmas Party with the Arts & Culture Board on Dec 6th. will update
information once location is confirmed.
Lighting of the Square next Friday then Shop Small Business Saturday, the
following weekend will be the Christmas Stroll then the weekend after that is the
Holiday Home Tour.
