You will take notice that the City Council of the City of Georgetown,
Texas, has designated the !at day of April, 1968, as the date and 7:00 p.m.
as the time it will hold hearings in the District Courtroom, Willinmson Count,','7
Courthouse, Georgetown, Texas, on the !tl,�VTSED TT]t�RANT PL,VN, FOR, TTH,�
South Son Gabriel Urban Renewal Projr`cL, EX H-102, All persons having any
interest in this hearing are invited to attend and be heard at that time. The
boundaries of said project are described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West H.O.W. line of the I & ON Rail Road
which lies on the centerline of State Highway 29;
T1M-,-'-NFC'E 202(), feet Southerly along thp West R.O.W. Line of the I & GN
Rail Road to the South Property line of West 19th Street extended;
THI, 380+ feet Westerly along the South property line of West 19th
Street to The Last property line of the WEST SIDE SCHOOL, Georgetown
. ndependent School District;
THENCE 62Qt feet Northerly and Easterly along the East property line of
snid WEST SIDE SCHOOL, to a point in the South Property line of West l7th
Street;
VIENCE 430+ feet Westerly along the South property line of West 17th
Street to The East property line of 0.1, 53 MT of Georgetown;
6,50-4- 'feet Northerly to the Meanders of the South Son Gabriel River;
1900+ feet Northerly and Easterly, down strpmn along the meanderi
of the South San Gabriel River to a point of intersection of the South
property line of West Tenth Street extended;

development or redevelopmeht by privnte enterprises, public ind semi-public
agencies as nuthorized by law.
Any person or organization desiring to be hPard will bafforded an
opportunity to be heard at such hearing. The proposals of -he Urban Renown].
Agency of the City of Georaetown with respect to relocation including Mmilies,
will be open for discussion at the hearing.
