ATTEST: CITY S—ecr6ta A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF7,GEO,RQETOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY MANAGER, AND SECRETARY OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, TO EXECUTE A DEDICATION AND PLAT OF A TRACT OF 2.62 ACRES IN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING ALL OF BLOCK 19 AND ALL OF BLOCK 32, BOTH OF THE ORIGINALTOWNSITE OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, ALONG WITH CERTAIN PORTIONS OF WEST FIFTH STREET AND WEST STREET, IN SAID, CITY, WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, Texas, has acquired a tract of 2.62 acres of land, being all of Block 19 and all of Block 32, both of the Original Townsite of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, together with certain portions of West Fifth Street and West Street, in said City; and WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown is the owner of all of said property, with the exceptions of Lot 2 and a portion of Lot 7, Block 19 (to be known as Lot 2, Block R, South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Addition to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, after re -platting), which is owned by Rubenia Parker Smith; the East one-half of Lots 3 and 4, Block 32 (to be known as Lot 8, Block R, South San Gabriel.
