BEING a parcel or tract of land in the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas,
and being out of and a part of Block 47, accoring to the official map of the City of George-
town, Texas, of record in the office of the County Clerk, Williamson County, Texas.
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Block 47, said corner being at the inter-
section of Timber Street on the East, and West 8th Street on the North;
THENCE WEST 120.00 feet along the South Margin of West 8th Street and the North
margin ofsaid Block 47, marking the NW corner hereof, said point also being the NE corner
