and graphically depicted on the attached Exhibit "la"; and
8.51 acres, more or less, described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit
"C:" and graphically depicted on the attached Exhibit "1.1"; and
0.311 acres, more or Less, cescribed by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit
"E" and graphically depicted on the attached l•,xhibit "F",

aL;ents, representatives, or employees of the City, lay out the PrcMject and acquire the necessary
right of way and casementsupon, over, under and acn.>ss the Property li>r the purpose of
construction, meonstruction,,. operatiom, and maintenance of public road and drainage utility
infrastructure improvernents and appurtenances thereto; and,
WILERJ AS, it may be necessary to hire engineers, surveyors, appraisers, attorneys, title
companies, architects, or other persons or eonnpanies to effect the: laying out, establishment, and
acquisition of the Property and the Prc-kject;

City's agents, representatives, or employees to enter upon the Property for the purposes of
surveying and establishing said land titles and to determine adequate compensation for said land,

described in the attached HCxhibits "A — F" anti the acquisition of two (2) drainage
utility easements tin, over, under and across the real property described in the
eana.ched lCxhibits "G", "I3", `•H" and "F" Ibr construction, reconstruction,
improvement, operation, use,maintenance and extension of public drainage utility --
infrastructure improvements and appurtenances thereto_

Lay out the exact location of the land area needed from the Property or
other properties;
h_ Hire. such engineers, surveyors, appraisers,, title companies, architects, and
other persons or companies needed to effect the laying out of the facilities,
the establislurrent and acquisition of the required right of way and.
easements, and the construction of public road and drainage utility
infrastructure irrtprovernents, and appurtenances thereto;
Enter upon any property necessary for the purpose o(' surveying and
establishing the title, to determine adequate Compensation for the right of
