The following Members were in attendance: Present were: Trisha Tallman, Christine Tomaszewski, Lauren A Mendoza, Rachel Cummins, Jennifer L Ridings-myhra New Board member Evan Cuyler was present Regular Session 1.A Call to order Call to order - Christine Tomaszewski, Board Chair meeting called to order at 8:59 am 1.13 Welcome new board member Evan Cuyler Welcome new board member Evan Cuyler - Christine Tomaszewski, Board Chair Introduction of New Board member Evan Cuyler 1.0 Approval of minutes Consideration and approval of the December 9, 2022 minutes - Christine Tomaszewski, Board Chair Moved by Jennifer L Ridings-Myhra; seconded by Trisha Tallman to Approve Motion Approved: 6 - 0 Voting For: Trisha Tallman, Christine Tomaszewski, Lauren A Mendoza, Rachel Cummins, Jennifer L Ridings-Myhra, Evan Cuyler Voting Against: None 1.D Project Team & Partner Updates Discussion on Project Teams, Partner updates, and BRE Visits - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown and Tourism Director Fundraising - Christmas ornaments sold out and we made around $10,000.00 for our Facade program. This year we would like to feature the Courthouse because it is Williamson County's 175th Birthday Swirl update - Ticket Sales and Sponsors went great, we collected around $20,000.00 in sponsorship and $30,000.00 in Ticket sales. After expenses we are looking to clear around $32,000.00 to contribute to the Facade program. We have struggled with Restaurant and Winery participation. We will survey businesses and attendees after the event and meet to discuss ideas and options for next year. BRE Visits - Kim met with Blue Corn Harvest, they will open an additional location in Round Rock later this year. Georgetown is their top performer and they would like to open another restaurant in Georgetown next year. 1. E Staff Report Staff Report - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown and Tourism Director Facade balance - $100,000.00, Therapie boutique filed their paperwork for their sign reimbursement for $275.00. New Development o Parking garage plans have been approved, should be complete around 2024.
