The following Members were in attendance: Present were: Trisha Tallman, Michele D Jaroszewski-webb, Lauren A Mendoza, Rachel Cummins, Jennifer L Ridings-myhra, Evan Cuyler, Markus Lindsey Rachel Cummins entered the meeting at 9:20 AM. 1. Regular Session 1.A Call to order Call to order - Michele Jaroszewski-Webb, Board Chair 9:00 am 1.13 Welcome new board member Welcome New Board Member Markus Lindsey - Michele Jaroszewski-Webb, Board Chair Introduction of new board member Markus Lindsey, board member introductions, and staff introductions. 1.0 Approval of minutes Consideration and approval of the February 10, 2023 minutes - Michele Jaroszewski- Webb, Board Chair Moved by Trisha Tallman; seconded by Lauren A Mendoza to Approve. Motion Approved: 6- 0 Voting For: Trisha Tallman, Michele D Jaroszewski-webb, Lauren A Mendoza, Jennifer L Ridings-myhra, Evan Cuyler, Markus Lindsey Voting Against: None 1.D Elect Vice Chair Consideration and possible action to elect a Vice -Chair - Michele Jaroszewsky-Webb, Board Chair Moved by Lauren A Mendoza; seconded by Jennifer L Ridings-myhra to approve Evan Cuyler as Vice -Chair. Motion Approved: 6- 0 Voting For: Trisha Tallman, Michele D Jaroszewski-webb, Lauren A Mendoza, Jennifer L Ridings-myhra, Evan Cuyler, Markus Lindsey Voting Against: None 1.E Project Team & Partner Updates Discussion on Project Teams, Partner updates, and BRE Visits - Michele Jaroszewski- Webb, Board Chair . Swirl - Sign thank you cards, very successful swirl. new fundraising record - 33,000 - 35,000 this year. held wrap up meeting yesterday, discussed challenges, what went well etc. we are having continued difficulties with restaurants. VIP event portion stay the same. Would need to balance cost of tickets since we are not offering food. Start planning next years a little earlier and start recruiting earlier. • Partner updates - Chamber is looking at doing a few things a little differently, Chamber committee review. . Williamson County celebrating 175th, - we will be there doing the Downtown Master Plan outreach. 1.F Staff Report Staff Report - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown and Tourism Director • We had one grant that was paid out last month to Therapie Boutique for $275.00 our fund is very healthy. .
