B Consideration of approval of the minutes from the Commission meeting held on Monday, April 19, 2012.
C Discussion and adoption of By-Laws for the Building Standards Commission.
D Discussion and possible action to accept the proposed Public Hearing process and procedures for
proposed changes, amendments, revisions and significant changes to the 2012 International Codes.
E Discussion, possible action and recommendation to the City Council to adopt the 2012 International
Building and Fire Codes pertaining to commercial occupancy types for the City of Georgetown. This
includes the presentation of significant changes to the 2012 International Codes from the latest editions of
the International Building and Fire Codes.
F Discussion, possible action and recommendations to the City Council to consider the adoption of
proposed changes, revisions or local amendments to the 2012 International Building and Fire Codes
pertaining to commercial occupancy types for the City of Georgetown.
G Suggested items for next regularly scheduled meeting agenda.
H The Building Standards Commission, appointed by the Mayor and City Council, makes decisions that
affect Building Construction, Fire Prevention and Code Enforcement.
