The C hairman is recommend ed by the Mayo r and the City Counc il shall ap p ro ve the rec o mmendatio n by a vote of the majority o f the C o uncil d uring the annual ap p o intment p ro c es s . the o ther Board Officers are elected by a majo rity vote of the Members at the first meeting after the annual ap p o intment proc es s . T he Commission shall meet onc e a month on the s ame week of the month, the s ame day of the week, and at the s ame time, and at the s ame p lace. The regular date, time, and plac e of the Commis sion meeting will be dec id ed by the Memb ers at the firs t meeting of the Board after the annual ap p o intment proc es s .
