A quorum of the Board will be in attendance at the Williamson Room at Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown TX 78626. 1. Regular Session 1.A Call to Order -A Robert Case; Board Chairman • Meeting called to order at 4:02 PM by Case • COG Staff Present: David Morgan, Daniel Bethapudi, Mike Westbrook, Elaine Wilson, Leigh Wallace, Jennifer Flor, Daniel McReynolds, Cindy Pospisil, Mark Palmer, Daniel Potter, Jose Espinoza Torres, Krisen Lowry, and Noah Fry 1.13 Introduction of Visitors- Robert Case; Board Chairman None present at meeting. 1.0 Public Wishing to Address the Board - Robert Case, Board Chairman At the time of posting, no one had submitted a request. None present at meeting. 1.D 11/17/2022 Minutes - Krisen Lowry; Board Liaison Moved by Sammy R Jones; seconded by Rick Woodruff to Approve. Motion Approved: 5- 0 Voting For: Robert C Case, Sammy R Jones, Rick Woodruff, Mike Triggs, Benjamin H Butler Voting Against: None 1.E General Manager's Monthly Report - Daniel Bethapudi; General Manager of Electric Utility • Cindy Pospisil presented the monthly Customer Service and Billing updates regarding Electric Services. Pospisil reviewed Customer Statistics, Billing Statistics, Electric Revenue, Aged Receivables, and newest Collection Agency Report • Mike Westbrook presented the Electrics Operations Report. Westbrook reviewed latest Operations Performance Metrics and the Top Five Outages & Events. • Daniel Potter presented the Electric Safety and Training Report. • Leigh Wallace presented the Finance and Budgeting Report • Daniel McReynolds presented the Electric Line Extension Policy updates/ Proposed Changes • Jose Espinoza Torres presented Distributed Energy Resource (DER) Application and Inspection Services Legislative Session Electric Line Extension Policy Updates Consideration and possible recommendation to approve updates to the Electric Line Extension Policy including updated customer requirements and updated fees to ensure that the City recovers all costs associated with providing service - Daniel McReynolds, Electric Engineering Manager Votes were not required on item. DER (Distributed Energy Resources) Policy Updates Consideration and possible recommendation to approve updates to the DER (Distributed Energy Resources) Policy including language and requirement clarifications along with updated fees to ensure that the City recovers all costs associated with providing service -Jose Espinoza Torres, Electric Engineering Supervisor Votes were not required on item. 2. Executive Session In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Vernon's Codes, Annotated, the items listed below will be discussed in closed session and are subject to action in the regular session.
