The Georgetown Electric Utility Advisory Board met on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 4:00 PM at
Georgetown Municipal Complex, Williamson Room, 300 Industrial Ave.

1.E Electric Monthly Operating Report
Discussion regarding the Electric Monthly Operations Report -- Kress Carson; Electric
Utility Analyst
Kress Carson opened the discussion of the Electric Monthly Operating Report.
Cherie Hernandez presented the Customer Service and Billing Report which included
Customer Statistics and Billing Statistics; Billed Revenue for FY23 to date; Aged
Receivable Reports; and Collection Agency Review.
Mike Westbrook presented the Electric Operations report which went over the
Performance Metrics and the Top Five Outages and Events.
Mike Westbrook also presented the Safety and Employee Development Report which
included Lineman Apprentice Progress and Safety Metrics.
Daniel presented a Net Energy Metering Update and opened the floor for Discussion
amongst the board members.
2. Executive Session
In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Vernon's Codes,
Annotated, the items listed below will be discussed in closed session and are subject to action in the regular
session.
