Consistent with Governor Greg A bbott’s suspension of various provisions of the O pen M eetings Act, effective
August 1, 2020 and until further notice, to re duce the chance of C O V I D -19 transmission, all City of
Georgetown Advisory B oard meetings will be held virtually. P ublic comment will be allowed via teleconfe rence;
no one will be allowed to appear in person.

1. Submit written comments to arica.kolb@george town.org 5:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting and
the R ecording Secretary will read your comments into the r ecording dur ing the item that is being
disc ussed.
2. L og onto the meeting at the link above and “raise your hand” during the item
3. U se your home/mobile phone to call the toll-fr ee numbe r
To join a virtual meeting, c lick on the link provided and join as an attende e. You will be asked to enter
your name and e mail address (this is so we can identify you when you are calle d upon). To speak on an
item, click on the “Raise your H and” option at the bottom of the virtual me eting webpage once that ite m
has opened. When you are calle d upon by the Recording Secretary, your device will be remotely un-
muted by the Administrator and you may speak for three minutes. P lease state your name c learly, and
whe n your time is over, your device will be muted again.
Use of profanity, thr eatening language, slande rous remarks or threats of harm ar e not allowed and will result in
you being immediately re moved from the mee ting.
