Austin Ave Georgetown, Texas 78626 The Georgetown Youth Advisory Board met Monday, January 7, 2019, at 6:30 pm at 1003 N. Austin Ave., Georgetown, TX 78626. This Regular Session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive Session for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551.) The City of Georgetown is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). A Call to Order Katherine Massey called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm. B Roll Call Present: Carly Cash, David Zimbrano, Alex Zimbrano, Katherine Massey, Nick Ganski, Alvin Gusman Absent:Tate Nicholson C Upcoming events for 2019 – Arica Kolb, Recreation Supervisor Upcoming events for the Youth Advisory Board include MLK service day on January 21 at the Community Center in San Gabriel Park. On February 2 the Youth Advisory Board will be helping manage barriers at the Cupids Chase 5K. GYAB will be hosting a teen event on March 22 at the Georgetown Recreation Center from 1:30 – 5:00pm. Food, inflatables, DJ, and snacks. Legislative Regular Agenda D Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes from the November 12, 2018 Youth Advisory Board Meeting Motion made to approve the minutes by Nick Ganski and seconded by Carly Cash.
