This Regular Session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive Session for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551.) A Call to Order Alvin Gusman called the meeting to order at 6:34 pm. B Roll Call Present:, David Zambrano, Alvin Gusman, Jacob Bradley, Lucas Friggle, Garrett Hevey Absent: Tate Nicholson, Alex Zambrano C Update on the 2030 Plan Update process. Sofia Nelson, Planning Director Sofia Nelson talked to the board members about the the 2030 Comprehensive Plan; how they collected data, on the table discussions, property value, and what changes may come from the survey. D Introduction of new Youth Advisory Board members - Arica Kolb, Recreation Supervisor Members introduced themselves. E Overview of the Youth Advisory Board; roster and terms, attendance policy, meeting procedures, bylaws, projects and purpose statement - Arica Kolb, Recreation Supervisor Board members reviewed the roster and terms, attendance policy, meeting procedures, bylaws, projects and purpose statement F Upcoming events for 2019 - Arica Kolb, Recreation Supervisor Arica talked about upcoming events: PARD Sunset Movie Series – May, June, July and August. Austin Ave Georgetown, Texas 78626 Legislative Regular Agenda G Consideration and possible action to elect the Vice-Chair of the Youth Advisory Board - Arica Kolb, Recreation Supervisor David Zambrano was elected Vice Chair. H Consideration and possible action to elect the Secretary of the Youth Advisory Board - Arica Kolb, Recreation Supervisor Lucas Friggle was elected Secretary. I Consideration and possible action to set date and time for the 2019- 2020 Youth Advisory Board meetings - Arica Kolb, Recreation Supervisor Motion made to change the meeting date to 1st Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm by Alvin Gusman and seconded by David Zambrano. Approved: 5-0-2 J Consideration and possible action to approve minutes from the February 11, 2019 and March 4, 2019 Youth Advisory Board meeting Motion made to approve the minutes by Alvin Gusman and seconded by David Zambrano.
