RECOGNITION - The WCSO place the City of Georgetown logo and a statement "Concert Sponsored by Grant from" on our program guide cover, on our concert posters (a couple of the posters were left at the library for you), and on our newspaper advertising at the Williamson County Sun. 2. CONCERT - The Saturday evening (March 12) concert was executed efficiently. The attendance was above the capacity of the Klett Performing Arts Center with standing room having to be utilized (some attendees came, stood for awhile, then left) for over 50 attendees for the full concert. The concert was successfully video and audio recorded. We should have a DVD for presentation to you and the City Council in a couple weeks. 3. USE OF FUNDS - We spent an appreciable amount of money in Georgetown. Minuteman Press does all of our yearly poster printing. The Williamson County Sun gives us great advertising value. The GT ISD gets a healthy chunk of our money for the use of their venue and the assistance of their personnel (at double the overtime rates because it is spring break!). I believe this e-mail should be sufficient for the reporting purposes. If not, please let me know what other requirements/items are needed. AND THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING THE CONCERT BY HELPING US FINANCIALLY. -- John B.
