Call to order – Susie Flatau, Board Chair Susie Flatau Called the meeting to order at 4:28 p.m. B. Citizens wishing to address the board – Susie Flatau, Board Chair None present. C. Announcements regarding Arts & Culture– Susie Flatau, Board Chair Norma – The piece that Norma did will be dedicated at SW University in October Karen – Mama Mia has been sold out, added more dates David - Barrels and Amps August 24th Susie – full circle will be held on September 16th from 6-7 p.m. D. Consideration and possible action to approve minutes from the June 15, 2021 Arts and Culture Board meeting – Susie Kelly Flatau, Board Chair. Motion by David Valdez to approve the minutes as presented, second by Norma Clark Approved 4-0 Marissa & Jessica absent, Sonya arrived after this item .
