ITEM SUMMARY:
During the August Board meeting, a motion passed to run a 1/4 page ad in the Williamson
County Sun and to create a rack card that will be handed out during Gallery Georgetown that will
thank those persons who supported the Art Center during its first year of operation.
Staff now is seeking direction regarding the text that will appear on these printed materials. The
discussion last month was wide-ranging about who might be thanked, from two couples to dozens
of volunteers and "supporters." No decision was made, however. Who should be thanked?
