Consideration and approval of the minutes for Georgetown Economic Development Corporation for the Regular Meeting held Monday, September 19, 2016--Kevin Kelly, Secretary Motion by Mateja, second by Parker to approve the September 19, 2016 minutes. (Approved 7-0) B. Presentation and discussion regarding the Retail Strategy and Recruitment Plan. Dávila-Quintero began the presentation with an overview of the project and its purpose. Claunch provided information on his findings and reports. Dollar provided information on the implementation process. C. Consideration of the September, 2016 Financial Report--Leigh Wallace, Finance Manager, GEDCO, Finance Director, COG Wallace presented the report and answered questions from the board. D. Consideration and possible action to approve the Georgetown Economic Development Corporation’s (GEDCO) Second Amendment to the Performance Agreement for the Summit at Rivery Park project. Morgan presented the item and explained the amendment. Motion by Parker, second by Mateja to approve the Second Amendment to the Performance Agreement for the Summit at Rivery Park. Discussion and possible action regarding the Staff Report —David Morgan, City Manager -Performance Agreement Report – Gusman presented the report and, as requested by GEDCO, provided in-depth information on one of the agreements -Report from Planning – Dollar presented the Planning report -Other Projects F. Discussion and possible action regarding future meeting dates. Morgan opened discussion regarding the November and December meetings. He explain that GEDCO will need to meet in November even though the meeting is the week of Thanksgiving. The December meeting will only be held if there is an active project needing action.
