ITEM SUMMARY:
Summary:
The s ubjec t property lo cated at 2101 Airp ort R o ad is a part of a larger 75 ac re tract of land that has b o th
fro ntage o n I-35 and Airp o rt Road. The prop erty owner is seeking to develop the s ite and is s eeking
d emo lition of the hous e struc ture. The City of Geo rgeto wn Build ing Offic ial and Planning Direc tor have
walked the s ite and ins p ected the s tructure and made the following find ings :
- The s ubjec t s truc ture appears to b e have been c o ns truc ted in the mid 1930s and rep res entative of
d evelopment of the time.
- The o riginal exterio r of the ho use has b een c o vered up with the material s een today.
- Foundatio n of the s truc ture appears to need extens ive work.
- The majo rity o f the wind o ws have been remo ved
- The fro nt p o rc h does not appear to b e original to the s tructure.
