A Field trip to New Braunfels, Texas for Commissioners and Staff to see and discuss how other cities are
applying historical preservation codes.

Meeting was posted at City Hall, 113 E. 8th Street, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times,

Braunfels Municipal Building, 424 S. Castell Ave
10:30 a.m. Adaptive reuse Site Visit, McAdoo's Seafood Company, 196 N. Castell Ave
11:30 a.m. Windshield Tour of local historic districts
12:00 Lunch and Discussion, Emmie Seele Faust Memorial Library, 401 W. Coll St.
1:30 p.m. Rehabilitation Tax Project Site Visit, Hippolyt Dittlinger House, 372 Magazine Ave
3:00 p.m. Depart for Georgetown
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Commission Training expenses will be used.
