Below is the descriptive re-roof bid for the house on 1441 South College St in
Georgetown Texas. This bid is valid for 30 days from today. Please feel free
to contact me with any concerns or questions that you might have.
●Tear off existing asphalt shingles and any underlayment.
●If needed, replace any rotten decking with similar material.
●Install #15 Atlas felt.
●Replace all plumbing pipe flashings and bath vents.
●Install 2”x2” galvanized metal edging.
●Install GAF 35 year Natural Shadow asphalt shingles, Weatherwood in
color.
●Caulk and seal all exposed nail heads and storm collars.
●Clean up any roof related debris from job site and haul off.
