ITEM SUMMARY: In accordance with Section 3.13.020(D)(8) of the City's Unified Development Code (UDC), the HARC Demolition Subcommittee must meet with staff and the applicant for proposed demolitions of a historic structure to determine the application submission requirements. In the event that the Subcommittee is not present, staff has the authority to determine the submission requirements. The City is in receipt of a pre- application request to potentially demolish the structure located at 1912 S Church St. This meeting will establish the minimum submittal application requirements should the applicant proceed to submit a Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC) request for Demolition or Relocation of a Historic Structure in accordance with UDC Section 3.13. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
