Mayor Josh Schroeder called the meeting to order at 12:08 PM. Members in attendance: Mayor Josh Schroeder, Kevin Pitts, and Jake French Staff in Attendance: David Morgan, City Manager and Ariel Traub; Intergovernmental Relations Manager Regular Session A. The Intergovernmental Relations Subcommittee of the City Council will be discussing meeting timelines and topics, the state legislative agenda and session outlook. No action will be taken in this meeting. Ariel Traub provided a presentation and overview of the Legislative Task Force, timeline of meetings, topics for discussion and consideration, and legislative session outlook. B. Public Comments Michael Spano provided public comment regarding concerns surrounding aggregate production operators (APOs) in the area.
