The planned signage improvements include a new sign that will hang over the sidewalk. The estimate provided by applicant totals $2,754.96 and applicant seeks a sign grant for the maximum award of $500. Applicant has selected Sammy Evans to perform the required work, including construction of an 8 ft. wood and iron fence, stucco existing walls as well as other exterior patio improvements that include a wooden deck, concrete and excavation, landscaping, electrical, and a walk in cooler.
