· Goal 1: Attracting & Retaining a Healthy Business Mix
a) Create uniform window signage for vacant downtown storefronts - Sheila/Shelly
· Identify vacant buildings and contact property owners – Sheila/Michael
· Develop and complete MOA for signage installation – as needed
· Deliver signage to vacant buildings- Sheila/Michael/Shelly
b) Raise awareness of the benefits of buying/leasing historic commercial property –

· Partner with HARC to host semi-annual training for realtors - Matt
· Select dates, locations and credits available and promote through WCAR and other organ. –

c) Review Façade Guidelines to add HARC approval is required language per July board meeting

a) Continue funding for annual “Light Up the Square” holiday lighting campaign through

b) Continue annual “Light Up the Square” holiday lighting contest – Julie/Amanda
· Streamline holiday lighting contest and sponsorship sign-up forms – Julie/Michael

· Goal 3: Promoting Downtown’s Image as a Signature Destination

· Look at design ideas and areas to implement project – Julie
· Look at having a landscape architect come and discuss ideas for design and lighting - Amanda

· Partner with Arts & Culture Board to work with ThunderCloud on point of egress
