Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission may or may not be in
attendance for the Williams Drive Special Area Plan Overlay zoning district
Neighborhood Meeting, hosted by the City of Georgetown. There will be
discussion with the presenter and the Planning and Zoning Commission
regarding the development standards and regulations that affect properties on
Williams Drive, between Shannon Lane and Power Road, but no action will be
taken.

I, Jessica Brettle, City Secretary for the City of Georgetown, Texas, do hereby certify that this Notice of
Meeting was posted at City Hall, 113 E. 8th Street, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times,
