Overview of the Planning & Zoning Commission role and authority.
ITEM SUMMARY:
The purpose of this item is to providing a briefing to new Commissioners and serve also as a
refresher for returning Commissioners relative to the purpose of the Commission, its decision-
making role in the realm of planning and development and the scope of its authority.
