T he intent of this works hop is to build awarenes s of the C ity C ouncil goals, spec ifically disc uss the Unified Development C ode (UDC ) Diagnos tic , and identify qualities of a high performing/ effective UDC . By the end of the meeting there should be a s hared unders tanding of experience with the UDC and what s uc cess is for a UDC diagnos tic .
