A Members of the Historic and Architectural Review Commission Demolition Subcommittee may
be in attendance at the Pre-Application meeting to establish the minimum application submittal
requirements for a potential request to demolish an accessory structure located at 401 South Myrtle
Street. A site visit to the subject property may be completed during this time. No further action
will be taken by the Subcommittee.

I, Jessica Brettle, City Secretary for the City of Georgetown, Texas, do hereby certify that this Notice
of Meeting was posted at City Hall, 113 E. 8th Street, a place readily accessible to the general public
at all times, on the ______ day of __________________, 2014, at __________, and remained so
posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.

in attendance at the Pre-Application meeting to establish the minimum application submittal
requirements for a potential request to demolish an accessory structure located at 401 South Myrtle
Street. A site visit to the subject property may be completed during this time. No further action
will be taken by the Subcommittee.
ITEM SUMMARY:
In accordance with Section 3.13.020(D)(8) of the City's Unified Development Code (UDC), the
HARC Demolition Subcommittee must meet with staff and the applicant for proposed demolitions
of a historic structure to determine the application submission requirements. In the event that the
Subcommittee is not present, staff has the authority to determine the submission requirements.
The City is in receipt of a pre-application request to potentially demolish an accessory structure
located at 401 South Myrtle Street. This meeting will establish the minimum submittal application
requirements should the applicant proceed to submit a Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC)
request for Demolition or Relocation of a Historic Structure in accordance with UDC Section 3.13.
