The Downtown TIRZ Board will meet on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 02:00 PM in the City Hall 2nd
Floor Conference Room, located at 113 East 8th Street, Georgetown, Texas

Call to Order at 02:00 PM
AGENDA
1. Presentation of the 2010-11 estimated Revenue Report.
2. Consideration and possible action to allocate funding for 100 Austin Avenue in an amount not to
exceed $212,363 for the construction of allowable infrastructure improvements
that further implement the Downtown Master Plan.
3. Adjourn.
Board may, at any time, recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the
Chair, a Board Member, the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Council Member, or legal
counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and
are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows.
