The Georgetown City Council will meet on APRIL 28, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. at Council Chambers, 101 E. 7th
St., Georgetown, Texas

Overview of the Georgetown Village Public Improvement District creation, past operation, present issues,
and future recommendations -- Bridget Chapman, City Attorney
ITEM SUMMARY:
This workshop presentation will include an overview of the creation of the Georgetown Village Public
Improvement District (the “PID”), the PID current and past operations, and its Advisory Board. Staff will
provide information regarding the current management of the PID budget, including procurement, invoices,
and creation of the budget. In addition, Staff will review current issues and proposed next steps.
