PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, Mark Miller is the Savior and adoptive parent of lonely tractors and provides rescues
anywhere in the United States; and
WHEREAS, Elk in Colorado are becoming increasingly nervous as Mark’s retirement date
approaches; and
WHEREAS, Mark likes the word “Chip” (as in Chocolate Chip Cookies) and he likes the word “Seal”
(as in Pump Seal), but he hates the words CHIP and SEAL together; and
WHEREAS, Mark Miller is the survivor – just barely – of a vicious rat attack; and
WHEREAS, Miller is the official “Cajun Hillbilly Bubba” (really – even though it is very hard to
describe) at various City events; and
WHEREAS, Mark is the official “Teller of a Hilarious Story” (ask him about the “scorpion in the gas
grill” or the “Halo of White” when a bird flew over his head downtown; and
WHEREAS, Mark Miller is all of these things and also known as Co-Worker, Supervisor, Husband,
Father, Grandfather, Friend and a DANG GOOD GUY!!
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED that Mark A. Miller is hereby RETIRED as of February
2, 2018.
BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the City and his Co-Workers congratulate him on a job well
done and wish him well in his future endeavors as an UNEMPLOYED BUM.
