Proposed use is single-family residential. Use conforms
to Development Plan.
COMMENTS: I. Plat approval conditioned upon:
A) Plat meeting all ordinance requirements.
3) Drainage requirements being met.
C) Utilities being adequate.
II. Water storage in this pressure plane is
one-half that recommended by City engineer
during peak flows. Storage improvements may
be required.

Area is part of the IH -35 Joint Venture Utility Agreement
and requires City approval of concept plan to fulfill re-
quirements of contract.
COMMENTS: I. Approval shall be conditional upon:

B. Drainage requirements being met.
C. Utilities being adequate.
D. Water Pollution Abatement Plan is required

PARKS, RECREATION AND CEMtTm: Park crew did routine mowingj trimming and cleaning
of all parks and ballfieldg. tatkstop at Georgetown Railroad Park is being
erected4 Park crew assisted G.I.SiD4 with cleaning of swimming poolsi Repair
work is being done on Neighborhood Child Center. Assisted Fire Department
in installing walk in box in Community Center. Trash barrels in all parks that
need to be replaced are being replaced and painted. Mowing, trimming, Cleaning
and leveling is being done at IOOF Cemeteryi
