1. Location and surrounding area
Located North of Highway 29 and West of IH 35.
River Hills I is Platted for Residential use. Surrounded
by open land and one residence.
2. Master Plan - Sector 3
Residential use is compatible.
3. Plat Needs
a. Variance or change in Hillview Drive for 1001 tangent
on reverse curve.
b. Variance for length of Hillview Drive (This is very
minor).
c. Deed restrictions.

Traffic on North-
west Blvd.
The City Council met in regular session on the above date
at 7:00 p.m. with Mayor John C. Doerfler presiding. The
following Councilmen and Officials were present: Eb C.
Girvin, Carl Doering, Joe Atkinson, Lee Fulkes, William C.
Shell, City Manager Leo Wood, Assistant City Manager W. L.
Walden, and City Secretary Jim Colbert.
Motion by Shell and seconded by Atkinson to approve the
minutes of a City Council meeting held October 13, 1981.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Motion by Atkinson and seconded by Fulkes to approve General
Fund bills in the amount of $19,406.68 and Utility Fund Bills
in the amount of $375,523.97* Motion carried by unanimous vot]
No action was taken on this matter.
Resolution - No action was taken on this matter.
Lease agreement
with Hexagon Buld.
Resolution - Motion by Atkinson -and seconded by Fulkes to approve a
TAC Grant resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a grant
agreement with the Texas Aeronautics Commission. Motion
carried by unanimous vote. (See Ord. Book #4, Pages 251 and
252).
Final Plat - Motion by Shell and seconded by Doering not to approve or
Rivet Hills II disapprove until septic tank standards have been developed4
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Preliminary Plat - No action was taken on this matter.
River Hills III
Resolution - Motion by Fulkes and seconded by Atkinson to approve a
Vote for Candidate resolution casting 95 votes for Kerney Wolf for the Board
for Williamson of Directors of the Williamson County Appraisal District.
County Tax Appraisal Motion carried by unanimous vote. See Ord. Book #4, Page
District 253).
Appointments to Mayor Doerfler, with the consent of the City Council, appointe(I
Historical Preservation Jack Webernick, Albert Evans,.Neil Wilkerson and Genevieve
Committee Atkins to the Historical Preservation Committee.
Ordinance - Motion by Shell and seconded by Atkinson to approve on second
Penalty and Interest and final reading, an ordinance establishing penalty and
Rates on Delinquent interest rates on delinquent taxes. Motion carried by
Taxes, 2nd reading unanimous vote. (See Ord. Book A, Page 254).

Advertise for Motion by Shell and seconded by Girvin to authorize the
Bids on Aerial City Manager to advertise for bids for an aerial bucket
Bucket for the Electric Department.
Water Study No action was taken
• this matter.
Intergovernmental Motion by Atkinson and seconded by Shell to authorize the
Agreement with Mayor to execute an intergovernmental agreement between the
County City and the County for road work. Motion carried by
unanimous vote.
Executive Session At this time Mayor Doerfler announced that the City Council
would meet in executive session under Artice 6252-17,
Section 2 (b) (3), V.T.C.S. After the executive session,
the meeting was again opened to the public.
Adjourn There being no further business, on a motion by Shell and
seconded by Fulkes, the meeting adjourned.
