City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas: -- See. 1. That to meet the current expenses of the City of Georgetown., Texas, and to carry on the City government of maid City for the year of 1912, there is kere and now levied and shall be collected an annual at valore-a tax of twenty -fire cents on tin $100.00 assessed valuation for tic year of 1912 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, . not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas. See. 2. Tkat to work, grade and improve tke streets of the City of Georgetown, Texas, for the year of 1912, there is here and new levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of Fifteen cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1912 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitu- t i on and Laws of the State of Texas. See. 3. That for the support; and maintenance of the Pub- lic Free Schools in the City, of Georgrtow-, Texas, for the year of 1912, and as determined according to law by an election. here- tef ore held is said city for said purpose, there is here and now levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of Twen- ty-five newts on tke $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1912 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, and the amount of taxes collect- ed as provided for in this Section shall constitute a separate fund and shall be used for no other purpose than as kerein specified. See. 4. Tkat to pay the interest and create a sinking fund to meet the #12,000.00 in bonds of this City, known as the "City of Georgetown Refunding School House Bonds" as evidenced by 12 #1000.00 unpaid Fends, issued for the purpose of refunding, ean- eeling and in lieu of certain bonds known as "Public Sehoa1x3iaic1 Building Bonds" as shown by ordinance of this City passed and approved an Yov. 13th, 1905, such ordinance being sections 117 to 129, inclusive, of The Revised Civil and Criminal Ordinances of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and as provided in said ordi- nanee, there is here and now levied and shall be collected for tie year of 1912 an annual at valorem tax of Thirteen cents an W0 0 assessed valuation for the year of 1912 of all real ` $ 0, al property and estate in tke City, of Georgetown,TexaV ( 2) not exwrpt from taxation by tke Constituti®n and Lams of the State of Texas, and tke amount, of t.axas collected under tke pro- visions of tkis section shall constitute a special fund and skall be -used for no other purpose tkan tkat kerein specified.
