Texas: --
See. 1. That to meet the current expenses of the City of
Georgetown., Texas, and to carry on the City government of maid
City for the year of 1912, there is kere and now levied and shall
be collected an annual at valore-a tax of twenty -fire cents on tin
$100.00 assessed valuation for tic year of 1912 of all real and
personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, .
not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the
State of Texas.
See. 2. Tkat to work, grade and improve tke streets of the
City of Georgetown, Texas, for the year of 1912, there is here
and new levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax
of Fifteen cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year
of 1912 of all real and personal property and estate in the City
of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitu-
t i on and Laws of the State of Texas.
See. 3. That for the support; and maintenance of the Pub-
lic Free Schools in the City, of Georgrtow-, Texas, for the year
of 1912, and as determined according to law by an election. here-
tef ore held is said city for said purpose, there is here and now
levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of Twen-
ty-five newts on tke $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of
1912 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of
Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution
and Laws of the State of Texas, and the amount of taxes collect-
ed as provided for in this Section shall constitute a separate
fund and shall be used for no other purpose than as kerein
specified.
See. 4. Tkat to pay the interest and create a sinking fund
to meet the #12,000.00 in bonds of this City, known as the "City
of Georgetown Refunding School House Bonds" as evidenced by 12
#1000.00 unpaid Fends, issued for the purpose of refunding, ean-
eeling and in lieu of certain bonds known as "Public Sehoa1x3iaic1
Building Bonds" as shown by ordinance of this City passed and
approved an Yov. 13th, 1905, such ordinance being sections 117
to 129, inclusive, of The Revised Civil and Criminal Ordinances
of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and as provided in said ordi-
nanee, there is here and now levied and shall be collected for
tie year of 1912 an annual at valorem tax of Thirteen cents an

Georgetown Water Works Bonds" as evidenced by 32 $1000.00 unpaid
bonds, issued for tame purpose of constructing a neater works
planet in tke City of Georgetown, Texas, as skown by ordinance of
tkis City passed and approved on Oct. 18tk, 1910, and as pro-
vided in said ordinance, there is kere and now levied and shall
be collected for tie year of 1912 an annual ad valorem tax of

1912 of all real and personal property and estate in tke City of
Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by tke Constitution
and Laws of tke State of Texas, and tke amount of taxea aolleetd
under tke provisions of tkis section shall constitute a special
fund and shall be used for no other purpose dean tkat kerein
specified.
Sec. 6. Tkat to pay tke interest and create a sinking fund
to meet the $13,000.00 in bonds of tkis City known as "City of
Georgetown Electric Ligkt Bands" as evidenced by 13 $1000.00 up -
paid bonds, issued for tke purpose of constructing an electric
ligkt planet, in tke City of Georgetown, Texas, as shown by ordi-
nance of tkis City passed and approved on Oct. 18tk, 19109and
as provided in said ordinance, there is kere and now levied and
shall be collected for tke year of 1912 an annual ad valorem tax
of Four centdon tke A100.00 assessed valuation for tke year of
1912of all real and personal property and estate in tke City of
Georgetown, Texas, not, exempt from taxation by tke, Constitution
